I have just arrived back in the office following on from a fantastic day in Cheltenham yesterday. Firstly I would like to thank you for all your help with the hotel, etc. The day went very smoothly and there were some very nice extra touches like printed place names for dinner. Everything was hassle free from check in to check out. The steam train transfer as always was special. However I must single out our box host Lydia for special praise. She ensured the day was made that little bit special and all our guests commented on how excellent she was.
