Falconry
Falconry,
the oldest of all field sports thought to have started about
400BC in the east. Formerly the sport of kings, but latterly
a way for the poorer people in society to supplement their
diet with rabbits and hares caught with trained birds of prey,
as it practised to this day.
Our birds are captive bred in this country and on average
will live six years longer than their wild counterparts. Our
birds are trained and not tamed. They accept us only as food
providers and are free to fly away at any time. as their instincts
remain in the wild.
You will be transported by Land Rover Discovery to various
locations. These are chosen for their proliferation of game,
as well as areas of open countryside most suitable to view
our birds of prey at their very best.
Our strength lies in our ability to surpass all expectations.
Our expert team will ensure your stay with us will be a thrilling,
memorable and satisfying experience.
