 Our overnight package based in Surrey will give you a chance to enjoy the very best in horseracing hospitality at Ascot Racecourse in an executive box overlooking the winning post. After a full day at the races you and your guests will be transferred in a chauffeur driven car back to Oakley Court Hotel, a 4* luxury hotel to unwind and relax.
Guests will arrive at the 4* luxurious Oakley Court Hotel, to check in and relax, before our ‘White Gloves’ Limousine driver/s will escort your guests to Ascot Racecourse in one of the cars in the luxury fleet. A bottle of Champagne will be offered to guests during a 30 minute journey, before arriving in style to this prestigious racecourse.
 To enjoy the very high standard of horseracing you can see at Ascot there is no finer way to watch the horses from your own private balcony in our executive box. Our private box is situated within the impressive new Grandstand and overlooks the approach to the winning post, giving you and your guests’ views of this magnificent racecourse and Surrey countryside.
Our stylish private facility entertains 12 guests for silver service dining and up to 18 guests for a buffet with the expectation of the very best in hospitality.
 After a full day of eating delicious food, enjoying the Ascot atmosphere and hopefully winning a bet or two our driver will transport you back to the hotel where guests can relax and enjoy all the extensive facilities the hotel offers.
In addition, we can organise an evening dining experience in the Long Room or light refreshments in one of the many lounges.
