| Taking a box at a non Royal meeting at Ascot gives you an opportunity to indulge yourself with the highest quality corporate hospitality at a fraction of the cost of attending the Royal Meeting. As Ascot is considered a Grade 1 course in the UK, whether it is a flat or a jumps meeting, the racing will feature the very best flat and National Hunt horses and every meeting offers top class racing. You will almost certainly see the top flat race jockeys – Frankie Dettori, Kieren Fallon – or some of the best National Hunt horses in training. |

| Our private box itself has plenty of space and features a large plasma screen and private balcony. The box offers great views of the final furlong of each flat race and a close-up view of the last two fences, as well as panoramic views of the whole racecourse. The box will have two waiting staff for either a sit down meal for 12 or up to 18 for a buffet. In addition, we will have one of our event managers there just to ensure that our high standards of service are maintained by the catering staff. He or she will act as an interface between you the client and the staff present throughout the racecourse and answer any questions that you or your guests may have. You may think that this is not necessary, but our regular customers have become familiar with this level of service and often remark how it makes the day extra special. |

| We have two packages to choose from when selecting your dining package. Our Silver package includes a two course lunch and complimentary bar of beers, wines and soft drinks and our Gold Package provides a three course lunch, afternoon tea and drinks package. |

Things to consider: |
- With a 3 course lunch, do you really want to have afternoon tea served two hours afterwards?
- Do you want a full complimentary bar or in many cases beers, wines and soft drinks may be all your guests will want to drink?
- Whether you want to have 12 sitting down around a table or, in the case of a buffet, the table can be moved to the side of the room and is a lot more informal.
- You could choose a meeting followed by a concert; artists in the past have included The Christians, Belinda Carlisle, Johnny Hates Jazz, Midge Ure and China Crisis.
