BEST PRICE GUARANTEED

From the moment you walk through the gates of Royal Ascot, the environment oozes quality. Since the major rebuilding of the Grandstand in 2006/07, Ascot has become one of the finest racecourses in the world. It has been carefully designed to host not only Royal Ascot, but some of the leading racing fixtures of the year.

Royal Ascot is steeped in tradition and is without doubt one of the finest places to entertain clients in the annual sporting calendar. We are very fortunate to have our own private box in a central location within the newly developed Grandstand. The box is finished to the highest standard and has a plasma screen and, most importantly, a private balcony offering fantastic views of both the finish of each race, the Royal Procession and panoramic views of the whole racecourse. The box is large with ample space for 12 for sit down silver service dining or 18 for a buffet. We have developed a special Royal Ascot menu which will offer you a fine dining experience and our standard package includes a full complimentary bar (including champagne) all day. The dress code enables guests to just wear jacket and tie and usual very smart wear, however, guests are encouraged to consider wearing Royal Enclosure Dress Code. The benefit is that this gives access to areas of the racecourse which, although not Royal Enclosure, require a full formal dress code.

In the box we will provide two waiting staff to serve your food and drinks and we also go the extra mile by having one of our company hostesses present to ensure that our high standards of service are maintained. This extra may not seem very important, but our regular clients often comment on how this differentiates us from other companies.

Some potential clients request a box overlooking the Winning Post; however, if you think about it, when horses go past, the race is over. Our box offers a perfect view over the final furlong of the race, when the horses are making decisive moves and from where your guests will enjoy maximum excitement as they watch their particular horses succeed or fail.

A wander around Royal Ascot can be breathtaking, as to see both men and women dressed in their finery on a lovely English summer’s day just adds to the day’s enjoyment.

Guests will be free to look around Ascot Racecourse including the Parade Ring where they will be able to identify the horses with the shiniest coats and most muscle prior to making their final selection. There are many famous faces to be seen at Royal Ascot and in fact Simon Cowell has a box a few doors away from ours and you will occasionally see him on his balcony.

We are often asked which is the best day to go to the Royal meeting. The answer to this question is that all days are equally enjoyable. The only difference with Ladies Day at Royal Ascot is that there are more people and it is a little more crowded. On all days everyone dresses in exactly the same way, the Royal Enclosure is busy on every day, there is a Royal Procession on every day and the racing is of the highest quality on every day. Our recommendation therefore is to choose the day which best suits you and your clients.

There is sometimes a misunderstanding surrounding the Saturday of Royal Ascot. Saturday used to be called Heath Day as it was a non-Royal day. However, that has now changed and, as we have said above, everything is the same as on each of the other days in terms of what is offered. It has now become more popular, with some companies and private parties preferring to enjoy their hospitality on the Saturday.
