Our guests tell us that the steam train makes their day extra special. It is compared to taking a helicopter to the British Grand Prix. You will miss all of the stress of the traffic congestion and car parking. You would never know you are going to a major sporting event and, once you have tried it, you will never want to travel to the racecourse any other way.

We have a lovely 2-bed cottage available for the whole week of the Cheltenham Festival. It’s ideally located for the racecourse, with access via Cleeve Hill and Prestbury - perfect for Cheltenham Festival hospitality clients. £750.00 for the week.

We have full hospitality packages for marquees and boxes and availability on our steam train transfer on all days. If you already have tickets, you could consider using the steam train. This is the best way to get to the Festival. It arrives at the back of the Grandstand and you miss all the traffic and chaos in the car parks after racing.

 Why take the steam train?
Most of the meetings at Cheltenham have some congestion, but travelling in and out of the Festival can be very busy. You could be queuing for between 2 -3 hours to get out of the racecourse car parks.
Toddington is an area completely free of traffic and with plenty of free hard surface car parking. The station can be reached from any part of the UK without going near the centre of Cheltenham.
 Your party will all arrive together and stress-free, having been able to relax and read their racing papers in comfort.
Our Irish band will be performing at Toddington Station to create a party atmosphere and set the mood for a great day at Cheltenham.
