Marquee Hospitality
A marquee’s location at the Cheltenham Festival is vitally important to the enjoyment of the day. In our opinion, marquees in what we call the ‘rat-run’ which consists of various tunnels and marquee structures, are both difficult to find and offer limited access to the course.
Our marquee for all days of the Festival is located behind the Guinness stand, with easy access both to the Parade Ring and Club Enclosures for viewing. Our guests will have the option of steam train transfer, in which case you will all arrive at the same time into the marquee at approximately 11.45am for a Champage Reception, or go straight to the course via your own transport.

Looking for accommodation?
We have a lovely 2-bed cottage available for the whole week of the Cheltenham Festival. It’s ideally located for the racecourse, with access via Cleeve Hill and Prestbury - perfect for Cheltenham Festival hospitality clients. £750.00 for the week.
Looking for hospitality?
We have full hospitality packages for marquees and boxes and availability on our steam train transfer on all days. If you already have tickets, you could consider using the steam train. This is the best way to get to the Festival. It arrives at the back of the Grandstand and you miss all the traffic and chaos in the car parks after racing.
The Gold Cup
Kauto Star and Denman are still vying for favourite for the Gold Cup, but Pricewise has tipped Imperial Commander who has shortened from 20/1 to 14/1 for the showpiece race.
Our hospitality package includes a four course sit down meal, afternoon tea and complimentary bar and we take the trouble to hire hostesses who will go to the bar and bring drinks back to the table to save you the effort of going to the bar yourselves.
The marquee has both televisions and Tote facilities within it, again for your comfort. Our celebrity guest speaker, John Francome, will go through the racecard with a few suggestions as to horses who might be worth backing and he is also very amusing with some of his racing stories. Your table will be yours for the whole day and you can come and go as you please knowing that you have always got a base for the day to return to. Your day includes all of your food and drink.
