This is the busiest day of the week and our steam train transfer is strongly recommended as the traffic and car parks are very busy. As with all days of the Festival, taking the steam train will ensure that you have a traffic and stress-free day. The Gold Cup will be run at 3.20 and it is important to take your place either on the balcony of your box or in the Grandstand if you are in the marquee hospitality, in plenty of time to fully enjoy this exquisite feature race. |

Long Run won the race last year at only seven years of age. There is much debate as to whether he can win it again, as many of his relatives started on the downgrade soon after their seventh birthday. Where the competition is coming from is hard to see, but maybe from the likes of Diamond Harry or Captain Chris. There are 7 wonderful races to enjoy on Gold Cup Day and if you combine this with our hospitality and steam train transfer, you will have a day that will be hard to beat. |
