Most boxes are for 40 guests on a shared basis and all have balconies. Our hostesses will be present to help with the drinks to your table and we will have a racing personality to go through the card and hopefully provide winners for some of your guests.

We have a lovely 2-bed cottage available for the whole week of the Cheltenham Festival. It’s ideally located for the racecourse, with access via Cleeve Hill and Prestbury - perfect for Cheltenham Festival hospitality clients. £750.00 for the week.
Looking for hospitality?
We have full hospitality packages for marquees and boxes and availability on our steam train transfer on all days. If you already have tickets, you could consider using the steam train. This is the best way to get to the Festival. It arrives at the back of the Grandstand and you miss all the traffic and chaos in the car parks after racing.

The main benefit of an Executive Box over a marquee is that you can go out on to the balcony, watch the whole race unfold in front of you and then return to your private or shared table to discuss the next race with your colleagues and fully enjoy the hospitality.
