The Ryder Cup 2010 will be at Celtic Manor Resort on 1st Oct to 3rd Oct.
 In 2010, the Ryder Cup is being held at the magnificent Celtic Manor resort in Newport, South Wales, being one of the world’s greatest sporting events played every two years, alternatively hosted in American and Europe. Colin Montgomerie will lead the European team in the 2010 Ryder Cup challenge with the eagerly awaited return of the tournament being played in the UK.
The Ryder Cup in 2010 is being played at Celtic Manor one of Europe’s leading golf resorts, with three top class challenging courses. The whole course is played along the floor of the Usk Valley affording wonderful views. Water comes into play on nine holes creating some exciting risk and reward opportunities. The lower slopes of the valley will provide a challenging and dramatic conclusion, particularly at the 18th where players must decide whether to carry a pond in front of the green with their second shot or lay up and leave a tricky pitch from a downhill lie over water to a raised green.
