The HSBC matchplay will not be taking place in 2008, we will update you for the 2009 packages

seed Ernie Els beat US Open champion Angel Cabrera 6 &
4 to scoop his seventh HSBC World Match Play title at Wentworth
in 2007.
The first round is held on Thursday with the 8 winners progressing
to Friday’s Quarter finals. The semi-finals will of
course be played on Saturday, culminating with Sunday’s
final. All matches will be contested over 36 holes of Match
Play resulting in a full day’s action.
The 18th Green Viewing Pavilions and the World Match Play
Club Restaurant provide. Each pavilion offers a fantastic
view of the 18th Green from a private balcony providing a
unique and luxurious facility to entertain your guests. Our
exclusive pavilions accommodate between 24 and 30 guests,
with private tables of between 8 and 12 guests for smaller
groups. Smaller bookings of 2 or more may be required to share
a table.
