The Royal Windsor Horse Show is known as one of the largest outdoor equestrian Shows in the UK. Staged at the magnificent Windsor Castle, the show is the perfect corporate event to entertain clients or friends. 

The event has been running for over 65 years and takes place in Her Majesty The Queen’s private grounds at Windsor Castle.

Royal Windsor Horse Show - Members Restaurant Lunch Package

A luncheon hospitality package is available in The Members Restaurant which is situated within the Members Enclosure with glass fronted views of the main Castle Arena.  Private tables of 4, 6, 8 and 10 are available with dinner starting at 12.30 pm.

To gain entry into the Members Enclosure you will need to purchase a ticket direct from the Royal Windsor organisers. These tickets can be purchased online at www.rwhs.co.uk. 

Visitors should note that The Members Enclosure has a dress code:  Gentlemen are requested to wear a jacket and tie.  Clean riding dress is allowed for competitors. Blue jeans or blue denim, trainers and sports attire will not be permitted.  Children should also dress smartly, however children under 12 will be permitted to wear trainers should they wish to do so.
